We are very pleased with the ease of making an online reservation and the personal service we got. The original store unit reserved did not work for us because the door was not wide enough so the manager quickly found me another bigger unit. She went out of her way to make it happened and promptly. We are very happy all around.

I signed up online and got the last available unit. I went into the office during business hours and got the paperwork completed and all the processing done in order to get moved in. The process was very efficient and the office person was friendly and helpful, even telling me about a special offer to save me money. The unit is only 2 miles from my home, which is the frosting on the cake!

My last day of access before another payment was due, I couldn't get in. I called the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do and I owed another payment. I had a very small amount of things left to move. So, now the company has my things to sell, they want a payment, placed a lean, reported it to the credit bureau....RAILROADED!!

I have rented my unit from them for about two years now. Martha the site manager is absolutely the best! Martha is the reason I would not go any where else. She is always there to help you with a smile and very friendly. These storage units are very well maintained and security is very good.

Great location for me. Great customer service and great deals on the units. The best part about AAA Self Storage is that there is NO CUT OFF time when you can go. The hours are how they should be, open whenever you need to go!! They are also very secure, and I feel safe going alone if I need to.

The staff are super friendly, make sure you know when they close for lunch as I have gone down to pay my monthly bill only to find them closed for lunch a few times. My mistake though. Not the most secure facility and could do with being climate controlled but decent enough for what you pay for.

I could not have asked for a better explanation of the services as everything was well described and brought to my attention. The unit was very clean and ready when promised. I found the storage facility on SpareFoot and was promised a free month because we're AAA members. Great price and the location worked. When I showed up to sign the paperwork & move in, I was told that the facility did not participate with the program offering a free month for AAA members. It is a program that was being pushed by SpareFoot. Because I reserved through SpareFoot under that assumption, the facility generously offered me the month for $1 and ate the rest. They did not have to do this, but did as a gesture of good customer service. This was very kind of them. SpareFoot is a service that drives registrations to facilities, but for some reason decided to create and promise promotions that may or may not be honored by the facility chosen. Beware of this because not all facilities may be as generous as this one.

I'm new to moving & preparing for same, so when I decided to look for storage units I was nervous. However; I found AAA Self Storage online through SpareFoot Storage Finder's website and although I've heard horrible stories about some storage unit companies I felt the AAA Self Storage #6 would be a secure place. First, I reserved my unit online & within a couple days I was contacted by a very friendly lady named Martha. She showed me around the lot and explained to me everything I needed to know. The paperwork was quick since I did reserved my unit; she also informed me of the insurance I couldn't been more please. What has really sold me was when a furniture delivery came (days ahead & with no 24hr notice) Martha signed for the delivery, secured it in another unit until I arrived, and e-mail me...now that customer service! The online payment system is very user friendly, took less than 10 minutes to set-up & pay. Only reason I gave 4.5 stars is because there could be a little more lighting but they are adding more units so I'm sure that will come in time.
